Hannah McCarty is a Managing Director and leads Private Investments in Asia for Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies ("BREDS"), based in Sydney. Ms. McCarty is responsible for overseeing the BREDS investment activities across all asset types and geographies throughout Asia. Ms. McCarty previously worked for Blackstone in New York on the BREDS Private Investments team.
Before joining Blackstone in 2022, Ms. McCarty was a Senior Director at Nuveen Real Estate where she focused on real estate debt investments across the United States. Prior to Nuveen, Ms. McCarty worked at Capital One in the Commercial Real Estate Banking group.
Ms. McCarty received a BBA from Villanova University with a major in Finance.
