Chris Waskom is a Managing Director, having joined Strategic Partners in 2021. Mr. Waskom focuses on Strategic Partners’ real estate investing activities.
Prior to joining Strategic Partners, Mr. Waskom was a Vice President and Principal of Cross Lake Partners, where he focused on real estate acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Waskom joined Cross Lake Partners when it was spun out of Paulson & Co., where he was a Vice President in the Real Estate group. Prior to Paulson, Mr. Waskom was an Analyst in the Investments group of iStar Inc.
Mr. Waskom graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Economics.
