Managing Director
Audrey Fassi-Fihri is a Managing Director in Blackstone’s Legal and Compliance Group. She serves as Head of Legal for Private Wealth EMEA and Head of Legal for BEPIF, where she is responsible for legal and compliance matters related to the structuring, launch and operations of the firm’s individual investor focused businesses in EMEA.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2021, Ms. Fassi-Fihri was a funds lawyer at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she focused on the formation and operation of private investment funds across a broad range of investment strategies, and other aspects of private investing in alternative asset classes. Earlier in her career, she was a corporate lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
Ms. Fassi-Fihri received a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford. She also holds a Master 2 in Business and Tax Law from Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
