Barbara Hulit is a Senior Managing Director on the Blackstone Operating Team. She leads Blackstone’s Operating Excellence and is an Operating Executive for Blackstone’s private equity investments.
Before joining Blackstone in 2025, Ms. Hulit served on the board of directors on several public companies, following a twenty- year career in executive leadership at Danaher and Fortive where she also led the Danaher Business System. Ms. Hulit started her career with The Boston Consulting Group where she led the firm’s global fast-moving consumer goods practice.
Ms. Hulit earned a BBA from the University of Texas and completed her MBA at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
