Hend Chambers is a Managing Director in Blackstone Credit and Insurance (BXCI) based in New York. As a member of BXCI’s Asset Management Group, Ms. Chambers is focused on portfolio management, restructurings, and company turnarounds within the BXCI portfolio.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2025, Ms. Chambers was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, where she advised companies, sponsors, and creditors on restructuring, liability management, M&A, and financing transactions. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at Millstein & Company, a boutique investment bank specializing in restructuring advisory. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chambers was an Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland in the Global Restructuring Group.

Ms. Chambers holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA with honors from Hamilton College.
