Philip Levinson is Managing Principal in the Park Hill Real Estate Group (PHREG), and is involved in raising capital for PHREG's suite of Real Estate Fund clients and maintaining Limited Partner relationships throughout the Asia Pacific region. In late 2009, Philip relocated to Sydney from Singapore to establish Blackstone's office there before moving back to Singapore in 2012 to help lead PHREG's efforts in Asia.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Levinson was with RREEF, the global real estate, infrastructure and private equity platform of Deutsche Asset Management.   Before that, he established and ran the Client Service team in Asia for LaSalle Investment Management. Mr. Levinson has over twenty years of experience in PE and Real Estate Fund raising, finance and development. He has worked with leading financial institutions throughout Asia, Australia and the UK.

Having obtained his Law Degree at Bristol University, Philip is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a qualified mediator. Mr, Levinson is a Director of the Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA), and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
