Michael Concannon is a Managing Director in the Finance Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2006, Mr. Concannon has been involved with global expense reporting and planning and has managed the accounting and reporting for our Registered Investment Advisors. He was also involved in the firm’s initial public offering.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Concannon worked at Deutsche Bank for 9 years, most recently as a Director in the Controlling department overseeing the regulatory reporting for their broker/dealer. Prior to that, he spent 7 years at Bear Stearns also with broker/dealer reporting responsibilities.

Mr. Concannon received a BS in Accounting from Georgetown University and is a licensed Financial and Operations Principal (Series 27).
