Matthew Breen is a Vice President with Blackstone Advisory Partners, based in Menlo Park. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Breen has worked on several transactions in the technology industry.

Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Breen was an Analyst in Citigroup's Technology Investment Banking group based in Palo Alto.  At Citigroup, Mr. Breen was involved in the execution of numerous M&A, equity and debt-financing transactions for companies in all sectors of the technology industry. 

Mr. Breen received a B.S. in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado, where he graduated with distinction.
