Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Karim has been involved in a variety of real estate acquisitions and initiatives.

Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Karim was a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he worked on the acquisition, financing, and disposition of complex real estate investments including in the hospitality, logistics, office, residential, and retail sectors in Asia, Europe, and the United States.

Mr. Karim received a BA from McGill University and a Master of International Affairs and JD from Columbia University.
