Ying Yi Soh

Vice President

Legal & Compliance — London

Ying Yi Soh is a Vice President in the Legal & Compliance Group. Ms. Soh handles transactional and related support for the Private Equity Group and Tactical Opportunities Group.

Before joining Blackstone in 2018, Ms. Soh worked as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London, where she represented corporate and private equity clients on a wide range of M&A transactions.

Ms. Soh received her B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales.
