Jessica Mordo is a Vice President in the Human Resources group and focuses on talent development and diversity and inclusion.

Before joining Blackstone in 2018, Ms. Mordo worked as a Leadership Development Consultant for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she led all aspects of talent strategy for the wealth management business. Previously, Ms. Mordo worked in wealth management at AllianceBernstein and started her career as an investment banking analyst at Lehman Brothers.

Ms. Mordo earned a BS in Applied Economics & Management, cum laude, from Cornell University and an MA in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
