David Crabtree is a Vice President and U.S. credit research analyst involved with the ongoing analysis and evaluation of primary and secondary fixed income investments. His areas of coverage include the energy, basic materials, industrials and private placements.

Prior to joining GSO in 2019, Mr. Crabtree worked at Blackstone Insurance Solutions as a Senior Investment Analyst where he analyzed public and private investment grade credits. Before joining Fidelity & Guaranty Life in 2015, Mr. Crabtree was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Sandy Spring Trust and a Senior Investment Analyst for Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors where he covered a broad range of primarily investment grade issuers.

Mr. Crabtree received a B.S. in Business & Management from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. in Finance from the College of William & Mary.
