Mukesh Mehta is a Senior Managing Director in the Private Equity Group and is based in Mumbai. In Blackstone he has been involved in several transactions including acquisition of Piramal Glass Division, Aadhar and TaskUS. He is also on board of these companies Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Mehta worked as a Vice President with The Carlyle Group in their Private Equity division. He was involved in several transactions, including investments in SBI Cards, HDFC, IIFL and PNBHF, during his 10 year stint at Carlyle. Prior to Carlyle he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Citigroup and the Assurance & Business Advisory Group at PwC. Mr. Mehta is a Chartered Accountant, with a Master’s Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has also completed CFA (AIMR-USA).
