Nicholas Menzies is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies and is based in New York.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Menzies was a Senior Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners, an institutional investment manager focused on commercial real estate credit. While at H/2, he was responsible for the trading and structuring of the firm’s commercial real estate related debt securities. Prior to that, Mr. Menzies was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. on the CMBS trading desk.

Mr. Menzies received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University.
