Our People

Alison Fenton-Willock is a Vice President and Blackstone’s Global Head of ESG. In this role, she leads the firm’s overall approach to Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) issues that impact its investing activities. Ms. Fenton-Willock joined Blackstone’s Legal and Compliance department in 2016 and previously focused on private equity compliance.

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Fenton-Willock was a Deputy General Counsel at Stifel Financial, and also previously worked at Barclays Capital and Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Ms. Fenton-Willock received a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College, where she graduated magna cum laude, and a JD from NYU School of Law.
