Jeff Yamashiroya

Principal

Real Estate — Los Angeles

Jeff Yamashiroya is a Principal at Blackstone in their Real Estate group. Since joining Blackstone in 2012, Mr. Yamashiroya has managed real estate investments across several property sectors and has led numerous dispositions and capital projects. Jeff currently focuses on the asset management of various investments in the office and senior housing sectors.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Yamashiroya worked in Hong Kong as a consultant in the gaming and lodging space and oversaw financial planning and analysis for an integrated resort operator. Jeff started his career in tech investment banking and corporate banking with Societe Generale and Wells Fargo, respectively.

Jeff was born in Hawaii and currently lives in Los Angeles. He received a BA in Business from Loyola Marymount University and a Masters in Real Estate from Columbia University
