Katie Brackenbury is the Global Co-Head and Vice President in the Conference and Event Management group.

Before joining Blackstone in 2012, Ms. Brackenbury worked as an Assistant Vice President in Events for Credit Suisse supporting various businesses across the firm. Prior to that, she worked as an Event & Fundraising Coordinator for Resource & Event Management supporting Philanthropic Organizations across New York.

Ms. Brackenbury received a BA, cum laude, from Rutgers University with a double major in Journalism and Communication and a minor in Political Science from Rutgers University. Ms. Brackenbury also has her Certification in Applied Positive Psychology through an adjunct program from the University of Pennsylvania’s Positive Psychology Center. Ms. Brackenbury is also member of the Council of Protocol Executives and Meeting Professionals International.
