Cindy Novic is a Vice President with GSO Capital Partners and is involved with the implementation of the investment strategy and portfolio management operations across the Performing Credit business. Since joining GSO in 2010, Ms. Novic’s responsibilities have included transaction logistics, data oversight, investor relations, marketing, and preparing information used for structuring leverage facilities and compliance testing and reporting. Ms. Novic also contributed to the creation and expansion of the GSO Advantage program, which includes integrating Blackstone’s Group Purchasing Organization into GSO’s portfolio companies. Most recently, Ms. Novic is focused on business development efforts, specifically within GSO’s direct lending strategy. Prior to joining GSO, Ms. Novic worked at Callidus Capital supporting the portfolio management team and trading desk where she performed a variety of investor relations, marketing and reporting functions. Ms. Novic earned a BA from the City University of New York at Baruch College and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
