David Yoon is a Principal and U.S. credit research analyst involved with the ongoing analysis and evaluation of primary and secondary fixed income investments.  

Prior to joining Blackstone Credit, then known as GSO Capital Partners, in 2007 Mr. Yoon worked at FriedbergMilstein LLC where he had similar responsibilities as well as origination, structuring and execution of the firm’s fixed income investments.  Prior to that, Mr. Yoon worked at Legacy Partners Group, LLC, a middle market M&A advisory firm, and in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was actively involved in the origination, structuring and execution of leveraged transactions.  Mr. Yoon began his career as a financial analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Smith Barney Inc. 

Mr. Yoon received a BA in History from Trinity College and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
