Damien Hart is a Managing Director in the Blackstone Innovations and Infrastructure group.

Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Hart has been involved in the Finance Re-engineering team, working on systems implementations, notably Investran, and workflow improvements across the firm's Finance departments. Before joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Hart worked at Merrill Lynch for 8 years as a Vice President in Support Finance, Corporate Planning, and Finance Re-engineering.
