Clark, announced that affiliates of GSO Capital Partners LP (“GSO”), a division of Blackstone (NYSE: BX), Wells Fargo & Company (“Wells Fargo”) and 3Bear management have finalized an equity commitment to pursue the development of North American midstream assets.
