His transaction experience includes, among other the initiated privatization of Depa by the Greek government, the asset swap between Electrabel and E.ON, the acquisition by GMR of a 50% participation in InterGen, the acquisition and divestiture by DONG Energy of several assets and participations in the UK, the divestiture by Cargill and Goldman Sachs of the Teesside Power plant, the attempted take-over of Endesa by E.ON, the acquisition by EDF of a participation in Atel, the acquisition by Red Electrica of Endesa, Iberdrola and Union Fenosa's transmission networks, the divestiture by Caja Rural de Navarra of Dersa, the divestiture by Grupo Guascor of a participation in Cesa, the formation of several partnerships between European utilities and financial investors in renewable energy, and the advisory to Iberdrola in renewable energy. Prior to joining Rothschild, Mr. Bourderye worked at Dresdner Kleinwort and HSBC.
Mr. Bourderye received a Masters Degree from l'Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers (ESSCA).
