Shuk Fan (Carolyn) Shek is a Vice President in the Real Estate group and is based in Hong Kong.   Since joining Blackstone in 2010, Ms. Shek has been involved in the treasury operation of BREP’s Asian investments and MB Asia Real Estate Fund.  

Before joining Blackstone, Ms. Shek was a Vice President in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Real Estate Private Equity group for three years. Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, she was a Vice President (Corporate Finance) at Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, where she was involved in setting up the private equity real estate fund, Mapletree Industrial Fund.  

Ms. Shek received an MBA (Accountancy) from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.
