Since joining Park Hill Real Estate, Mr. Schoder has been a member of Park Hill’s real estate distribution team.

Before joining Park Hill Real Estate, Mr. Schoder was a Principal at U.S. Equities Realty.  Prior to that, he was a Principal and member of the executive committee at The John Buck Company, both full service real estate investment, development and operating firms based in Chicago.

Mr. Schoder received an AB in History from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.  Mr. Schoder is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and Pension Real Estate Association.
