Robert Kulperger is a Principal in the Park Hill Group and is based in San Francisco. Mr. Kulperger is a member of Park Hill’s Hedge Fund team responsible for relationships in the Western United States.
Prior to joining Park Hill, Mr. Kulperger worked at Fir Tree Partners where he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Investor Relations Group. Before that, Mr. Kulperger was a Vice President at Northwater Capital Management where he was a senior member of the firm’s Marketing & Client Service team in New York. Prior to joining Northwater, Mr. Kulperger was a Director and Head of the sales and marketing group for the Americas for the Hedge Fund Investments Group at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Kulperger was a Vice President and Director of Institutional Sales and Education at Tremont Advisors in Rye, New York. Mr. Kulperger joined Tremont as a Vice President and the Director of Manager Research. Prior to joining Tremont, Mr. Kulperger was a Vice President and Co-Head of the Alternative Investments Group at Nomura Securities in New York. Prior to joining Nomura, Mr. Kulperger was an associate for four years in the Corporate and Securities practice group at Arnold & Porter, a law firm in Washington, DC.
Mr. Kulperger holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude, an MA Equivalent in European Administration from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He also received a JD with honors from Stanford Law School. Mr. Kulperger is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
