Prashant Kanodia is a Principal in the Real Estate group based in Hong Kong.

Since joining Blackstone in 2006, Mr. Kanodia has been involved in real estate transactions in Western Europe as well as the firm’s expansion efforts into India.  He has worked on transactions including Chiswick Park (London), UK Logistics Platform, Center Parcs (UK), Manyata Business Park (Bangalore), and Synergy (India).

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kanodia worked as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Goldman Sachs in London.

Mr. Kanodia received an M.B.A. from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) and a degree in Chartered Accountancy (India).
