Prior to joining Blackstone in 2005, Mr. Nath was co-head of the Structured Products Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York.  Prior to the merger of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette and CSFB, Mr. Nath co-headed the Structured Products Group at DLJ.  Mr. Nath joined DLJ in 1998 from Citigroup where he had been since 1988.

During his career, Mr. Nath has advised large corporations on structured transactions in a broad range of industries including Media, Energy, Utilities, General Industrials and Financial Institutions.

Mr. Nath received a BS from Cornell University and an MS from MIT’s Sloan School.  Mr. Nath serves on the Board of Directors of Volunteers of America – Greater New York.
