Before joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Allen worked as an Associate in Deutsche Bank’s Technology Group, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and equity financings for a range of companies including Infosys, Ciena, WNS, Stratus Technologies, Allot Communications, and Interwise.
Mr. Allen received an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar. He also received his B.E. from Dartmouth in Electrical Engineering, where he graduated with summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.
