Prior to Blackstone Mr. Agesand worked for ten years at LGT Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm based in Switzerland, most recently as a Principal and member of the Partner Group.  While at LGT Capital Partners Mr Agesand led fund, secondary and co-investments as well as business development in Northern Europe and served on several private equity advisory boards.  Prior to joining LGT Capital Partners, Mr. Agesand worked at Triago a Paris based placement agent where he was responsible for business development.

Mr. Agesand received a BSc from Bristol University, graduated from HEC Paris with an MSc and from Oxford University.
