Heather Lucania is a Director in the Public Affairs Group, based in New York.

Since joining Blackstone, Ms. Lucania has worked on and managed several projects related to internal and external corporate communications across all of the firm’s business groups.

Before joining Blackstone in 2006, Ms. Lucania worked as an investor relations analyst at iStar Financial, a real estate finance company. Prior to joining iStar, Ms. Lucania worked at Glen Rauch Securities as a manager in the client services division and before that worked for Tiger Foundation.

Ms. Lucania received a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University with a concentration in Marketing.
