Hayley A. Stein is a Managing Director and the Chief Compliance Officer of the Hedge Fund Solutions Group.

Since joining Blackstone in 2005, Ms. Stein has been involved in a variety of compliance, regulatory and legal matters.  As CCO, Ms. Stein is responsible for the oversight and coordination of the compliance responsibilities relating to Blackstone’s Hedge Funds Solution Group.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Ms. Stein was an Associate in the Financial Services and Investment Management Group of Dechert LLP where she focused on various matters, including private investment fund formations, the private placement of securities and investment adviser compliance. 

Ms. Stein received a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College and Columbia University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
