Greg Hewett is a Senior Managing Director in Blackstone Advisory Partners LP focused on structured mergers and acquisitions, structured equity and equity-linked transactions, and structured financings.  Mr. Hewett has advised large multinational corporations, small and mid cap corporations, privately held companies and private equity portfolio companies across various industry sectors including chemicals, consumer products, energy, financial institutions, insurance, media, metals and mining, and telecommunications.

Before joining Blackstone in 2005, Mr. Hewett was a Director in the Investment Banking Division at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York and London.  Mr. Hewett joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 2000 when the firm acquired Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where he was an Associate in the Investment Banking Division.  Previously, he was a senior associate with the law firm Bryan Cave LLP in St. Louis.

Mr. Hewett received a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BA with majors in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Tulsa.
