Fred Han is a Director in the Park Hill Group and is based in New York.

Before joining Park Hill, Mr. Han was an Associate Director with the Private Funds Group at UBS Investment Bank where he assisted on secondary transactions. Previously, he worked at Cogent Partners, a boutique investment banking firm focused on private equity secondary market transactions.
Mr. Han received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
