Emily Reycroft is a Managing Director of the Hedge Fund Solutions Group.

Before joining Blackstone in 2010, Ms. Reycroft most recently worked as head of Investor Relations at Kailix Investment Advisors, a global long/short equity hedge fund. Ms. Reycroft led the Investor Relations effort at Kailix while the fund was a business venture with Blackstone as well as a stand-alone entity. Prior to this, Ms. Reycroft worked as a Vice President in US Equity Sales at Lehman Brothers, covering New York-based hedge funds and mutual funds. Prior to joining the US sales team, Ms. Reycroft worked on Lehman's Japanese Equity Sales team covering US-based investors.

Ms. Reycroft received a BA from Bowdoin College with majors in Government & Legal Studies and Environmental Studies.
