Douglas Paolillo is a Managing Director in the GSO Debt Funds Group and a member of its Investment Committee.

After joining Blackstone in 2002, Mr. Paolillo played a key role in the development of its Corporate Debt Group and in building its portfolio of primary and secondary fixed income investments across multiple industries.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Paolillo worked at CIBC World Markets, most recently as a Director and Senior Investment Analyst for the structured investment vehicles managed by Trimaran Advisors, L.L.C.  Prior to that, Mr. Paolillo worked in CIBC’s leverage finance group.  Before joining CIBC, Mr. Paolillo was employed at The Chase Manhattan Bank where he worked in the Global Corporate Finance Group.

Mr. Paolillo received a BS degree in Finance and Business Administration from Providence College where he graduated with distinction.
