Dennis J. McDonagh is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer in the Real Estate Group.

Since joining Blackstone in 1995, Mr. McDonagh has had overall responsibility for the property accounting, tax and financial reporting for the Blackstone real estate funds.  In addition to the financial aspects, Mr. McDonagh is responsible for certain investor relations and reporting, as well as the administration for the three Blackstone domestic real estate funds and Blackstone’s international real estate fund.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. McDonagh spent fifteen years in public accounting, where he was involved in all aspects of audit and taxation for various real estate companies.

Mr. McDonagh received a BA in Accounting from Adelphi University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.
