Debra Anderson is a Senior Managing Director in the GSO Debt Funds Group, and a member of its Investment Committee.

Ms Anderson joined Blackstone in 2005 to help establish its presence in the European sub investment grade debt market. Before joining Blackstone, Ms Anderson worked at Intermediate Capital Group, where she was the Leveraged Loan Portfolio Manager responsible for four CDO funds. Prior to that she established and ran Abbey National’s leveraged and acquisition finance lending business.

From 1991 to 1998 Ms Anderson managed a loan workout portfolio at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson before joining their leveraged finance origination team, responsible for originating, structuring and monitoring a portfolio of leveraged buyout and structured corporate loan assets.  Prior to that, she was an analyst at NatWest Markets.  Ms Anderson has been a lending professional for 25 years.
