Since joining the Hedge Fund Solutions Group in 2004, Ms. Riker has been involved in the compilation, analysis and reconciliation of performance in the group’s multi-manager portfolios to provide investment, client and regulatory reporting, in addition to other various financial analyses and reporting, including the firm’s initial public offering.  She currently oversees the group’s Management Reporting team which is responsible for revenue and asset forecasting, expense analysis, 10-Q and 10-K reporting and analysis in addition to the development of reporting to assist senior management in the Hedge Fund Solutions Group's day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining Blackstone in 2001, Ms. Riker was a Business Unit Controller at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.

Ms. Riker received a BS in Finance from Salisbury University and a MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Dowling College.
