Chad R. Pike is a Senior Managing Director and Vice Chairman of Blackstone Europe.  Mr. Pike is a member of the Real Estate group’s Investment Committee.

Since joining Blackstone in 1995, Mr. Pike has led the acquisition of over $20 billion of assets in the United States, Europe, and Asia by Blackstone’s real estate funds.  Significant purchases include the Deutsche Bank Portfolio, WCM Residential Portfolio, Center Parcs, and Broadgate.

Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Pike was with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, where he was involved in the purchase of non-performing loan portfolios and real estate operating companies.

Mr. Pike received a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with honors.  He is a Board Member of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and the North Atlantic Salmon Fund.
