Blackstone’s real estate professionals have extensive hands-on experience in sourcing, structuring, developing and managing a variety of real estate assets on a global basis.

Co-headed by Senior Managing Directors Jonathan D. Gray and Chad Pike, and with Senior Managing Directors Ken Caplan, Frank Cohen, Michael Nash, William Stein and Gary M. Sumers (Chief Operating Officer), the Real Estate team of investment professionals within Blackstone's real estate investment and management area collectively have over 250 years of dedicated real estate underwriting experience. Having been through several real estate cycles, the members of the team have spent virtually their entire careers in the real estate investment arena and have a depth of experience across all product classes and geographic areas.
