Overview

Our real estate operation, established in 1992, is a global business with 84 full-time real estate professionals (including a finance and accounting staff), located in New York, London, Mumbai, Tokyo, and Hong Kong.  We are a world leader in real estate private equity investing, with six general real estate funds, two internationally focused real estate funds, a European focused real estate fund and a special situations real estate fund that is focused primarily on debt and non-controlling equity investments in the real estate sector.
