Blackstone’s Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory group includes some of Wall Street’s most talented and experienced advisory professionals. The team, which is overseen by Senior Managing Director John Studzinski, includes 16 additional Senior Managing Directors, A.J. Agarwal, Martin Alderson Smith, Mary Anne Citrino, Michael Dugan, James Fields, Erik Katz, Jon Koplovitz, Thomas Middleton, Lawrence Nath, Raffiq Nathoo, Chris Pasko, William Oglesby, and Francisco Rey.

Each of these senior M&A professionals has an average of over 20 years of experience in providing financial and mergers and acquisitions advice.
