Blackstone/GSO LSCIF (BGX): Investment Objective
The Fund's primary investment objective is designed to provide current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Fund will employ a long–short strategy investing in first- and second-lien secured loans ("Secured Loans"), high yield bonds and to a lesser extent other fixed income instruments.

Blackstone/GSO SFRTF (BSL): Investment Objective
The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective to seek preservation of capital, consistent with its primary goal of high current income.  The Fund will pursue its objectives by investing primarily in Senior Loans. Senior Loans are made to U.S. and, to a limited extent, non-U.S. corporations, partnerships and other business entities which operate in various industries and geographical regions.  Senior Loans pay interest at rates which are determined periodically by reference to a base lending rate, primarily LIBOR, plus a premium.
