The Fund’s investment objective is to seek to earn long-term risk-adjusted returns that are attractive as compared to those of traditional public equity and fixed income markets. The investment objective of the Fund is to seek capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its objective by allocating assets among a variety of investment sub-advisers with experience managing non-traditional or “alternative” investment strategies.
The Fund’s principal investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective to seek preservation of capital, consistent with its primary goal of high current income. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objectives by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of loans and other fixed income instruments of predominantly U.S. corporate issuers, including first- and second-lien secured loans and high yield corporate bonds of varying maturities.
The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek high current income, with a secondary objective to seek preservation of capital, consistent with its primary goal of high current income. The Fund will pursue its objectives by investing primarily in Senior Loans. Senior Loans are made to U.S. and, to a limited extent, non-U.S. corporations, partnerships and other business entities which operate in various industries and geographical regions. Senior Loans pay interest at rates which are determined periodically by reference to a base lending rate, primarily LIBOR, plus a premium.
The Fund's primary investment objective is designed to provide current income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Fund will employ a long–short strategy investing in first- and second-lien secured loans, high yield bonds and to a lesser extent other fixed income instruments.
